convenient access underground stations self check-in fresh water

the location offered convenient access to local shops and restaurants! two underground stations were nearby, easing travel throughout the area. the self check-in process was convenient. housekeeping provided fresh water and coffee daily, a nice touch.

the room did not have an iron, something to think about for longer stays.

The breakfast area had a sweet lady named chathu, she was nice and sweet. complimentary coffee was available, i appreciated it! the dining area was kept clean. It was well-organized.

central area helpful staff

the location offers many places to eat for every meal. i also appreciated complimentary coffee in a standard double room. the hotel made commuting easy with its central location near the metro. the staff were always helpful greeting me politely.

the heater in the room felt unsafe to leave on during the night.

thin windows carpet stains

I was really disappointed with a few things . the noise levels were quite high, even late at night. I could hear street noise and conversations very clearly through what seemed like thin windows. this made it hard to get a good night's sleep, especially since i'm a light sleeper. also, i found stains on the carpet in my room. I am unsure about their origin, but they detracted from the overall cleanliness i expect in a hotel, specially a recently refurbished one.

accessible area comfortable bed polite staff central location

This location was amazing. it was close to many restaurants and metro stops. The area felt very accessible. my room had a street view. The bed was comfortable. the staff greeted me politely and with a smile, i appreciated that.

i noticed some noise at night, likely from the busy street below! the thin windows did little to buffer the sounds.

The reception staff were helpful and friendly, offering assistance with directions. frederic, during breakfast service, stood out with his really good support. He was always available. the team maintained a very clean environment throughout my visit.

the hotel design is super modern! my room was spacious, with a modern, clean bathroom. complimentary coffee was a nice touch, readily available. the super hot shower provided excellent water pressure.
